I am sorry but the Gargoyle lore drop was stupid. I actually said wtf out loud while walking in public.

The narrators are doing a lot of the heavy lifting. They are fantastic.

So those things about women are not wrong but it feels a bit preachy?

I mean... I assume it is mainly women who read this and we sort of know these things (I hope).

Or maybe it was just clunky written and that is why I notice it so much.

I am a bit surprised at just how much i like this story. I do think the performance of the narrators have a lot to do with it.
