China as an example of a country that uses its huge industrial might to have set itself up as the biggest renewable infrastructure in the worl- great!...and yet, just paragraphs before says china uses more coal than all the rest world combined. You can be both the biggest renwable resource globally and also the biggest polluter as a consequence!
