Reading this book is hard since you try to find the purpose of the phonemena they serve.

When I normally hear philosophers I just get bored, dazed and almost on the verge of falling splayed on my bed : naming then such as Aristotle, Plato ends up snowballing the process.

I had never heard of Adler in psychology/psychiatry terms and telelogy the philosophy of understanding the purpose of a given phenomena, rather than its cause - is quite mind opening.

That I am nervous since I want to avoid something.
