When do you call it enough? Where do you draw the line of how much time you are spending at this tertiary importance (family, friends, job)

Delete any non bottom line tasks from your day. Remove apps that distract you on personal phone. Only calls or texts from important people on personal phone.
Remove work email notifications. Remove audio notifications.
Say no more often. Say no to calls, reply back quickly but say not or push things off. Build your dam.

I feel a profound connection to this book already. I believe it is speaking directly to me.
People have turned in to workaholics, proud of their singular identity that is “I am a hard worker”
