Set extremely high goals, and set your standards for yourself higher. Those who live life and work too conservatively are squandered by their fear of failure.

Delete any non bottom line tasks from your day. Remove apps that distract you on personal phone. Only calls or texts from important people on personal phone.

Remove work email notifications. Remove audio notifications.

Say no more often. Say no to calls, reply back quickly but say not or push things off. Build your dam.

Encouraged you to write out all of these things you do in a workday.

People have turned in to workaholics, proud of their singular identity that is “I am a hard worker”
