Is the dad works for mmc how horribly is he paying his men and yes he was trying to keep her secret but does that mean she has to be destitute. The pacing of mmc realizing his feelings for FMC was so horribly done, he had a crush and didn’t know why and then all of sudden he had to have her and was making her move in with him and call her his. How was this different from what his bro was doing to her.

She heard about it from coworkers about him and is super concerned when he has shown no signs of being bothered by her touch or really discussed any really reason for it to begin with so why even have it in the book just felt pointless. Oh and it was agegap f 24? M39. Not my fav but not a huge deal

Also the when he confesses feelings for her he immerses tells her he wants to own her and f her and it’s super aggressive with her even when making out like sir you literally stopped her assault less than a week ago can you give her some time. She even mentioned wanting to take things slow it was really ick vibes. Lastly mmc has some weird no touching thing that FMC keeps bringing up

This is so bad. FMC starts working for a company her dad who works for the mob tells her to quit. She doesn’t listen and then gets threatened and assaulted by boss. His stepbrother is the ceo and mob head he rescues her and his little crush for her goes fullblown obsession. Things I hated, FMC and her mom live dirt poor in bad neighborhoods, this didn’t make sense to me
