oh noooooooo she found out. who could have seen this coming. this is probably the weakest part of the book, of course she's hurt, of course he feels bad. this one excels in its quiet introspective moments and the plot here is too formula-heavy to really entice me.

oooooh Lucky is so cute. sort of a chaos queen. I want the best for her!
and you know what I judged Jack too soon. He notices her health and he looks out for her. He's got an intriguing ulterior motive but I'm kind of here for the gray morals. They're both sort of messy and I dig it.
Also I haven't gasped out loud this much while reading in awhile. a delight!

this one looks silly and fun. she just wants a burger! i don't really care for the guy rn but I really like Lucky so far. she's very cute and she's carrying a lot. rooting for her <3
