This is the Jpas origin story: the 2012–2013 school year. I walked into the lunchroom, ready for my beloved Bosco sticks… but they were gone.

Devastated, I told my parents about this absolute blasphemous event. They explained it was because of a school lunch policy pushed by Michelle Obama, and now we were getting healthy meals instead. I cannot be more serious about how much this shaped my hatred for politicians.
