Am I still reading this book 5 months later? Yes. Yes I am. And you know what? I like that it's going slow. It suits the story and the story is good. So this is an update on me really not the book. Just thought I'd share :-)

Taking my time with this book. Because I'm actually reading it and not listening to it as an audio. It's such a strangely interesting world to be an even though it's quite bleak landscapes and dire circumstance. But then along comes something hilarious like the bone goat and it makes me glad I took a chance on a book simply because of the cover

Ellis shook his head quote a bone goat? Of all the things I thought I'd never see, a bone goat was one of them "
