Oh gosh. Joan. is. the. best.

There’s lots of women who think they are bad mothers when they aren’t. This isn’t like that. Barbara is a bad mom because she doesn’t even think about her kid as a whole person worthy of part of her time and consideration. She is selfish past any point of acceptability and it enrages me.

I love that she had no idea till she knew. Like, it’s not a novel idea or expression of it. But they did a gooooooood job executing.

Idk if I can do this. I hate when things go wrong in space. It’s like, peak anxiety for me. (I know this because I love things about space and also therefore, things frequently go wrong in space but I’m still a big baby.) Ah well. On with the show.
