Starting the morning with a little encouragement :) I have owned this book for at least 2 years now, and this is the first time I’ve been able to read past ~20 pages or so. It’s a lot and I still take breaks every few pages. The stats were when some things really sunk in for me. So I commend the bravery of anyone who even attempted this on their own, esp if the anecdotes feel relatable.

I hope that you all enjoy the little bits of sun peeking out from behind the clouds this AM! x ⛅️ It's really pretty looking out from my balcony/patio, which I have a feeling my people will loveee even more than I do this summer lol
