This book does a great job exposing American interventionism abroad in pursuit of countering Eisenhower’s supposed Domino Theory. Not that the USSR is without its interventions in Hungary and Prague not to mention Afghanistan. Still, the story of Pinochet in Chile is blood chilling and infuriating.
