This book is going to be powerful. Animals are sentient beings, yet humans exploit and slaughter them for food. It is unconscionable. Why can’t we all love and care for our animal friends? Why can’t we all, at the VERY least, stop eating meat? Why must we exploit animals for human consumption? I can’t wait to dive into this. It will be emotional. #vegforlife

A very good thought, humans generally think their self superior. Animals are one of them who can't speak what they feel and human ignored that for ages, not every human some were and are good to them

Yes, human exceptionalism is a very real thing. And it only serves to harm our environment and the animals who call it home, too. 😭 Animals seen as objects and economic assets… It’s wrong.
Yes and so many writer have said thar but greed for money and power blind us to see other than ourselves, its very sad
Exactly! It is terrible, and this book is hard to read. It makes you feel sick, hearing how badly people think about animals.
