Currently over halfway (I think) through the titular Stag Dance novel though because of the length, I wonder if it'd be more accurate to call it a novella even though it's longer than Inject Your Friends and Loved Ones?
Thoughts on The Chaser story - two vengeful ex stories in a row! Though I think with both, the narrators share the theme of being too cowardly to say their thoughts outloud re: desire or lack of.

First story is "Infect Your Friends and Loved Ones" which I guess was published on its own in 2016? An engineered virus prevents the human body from absorbing its own hormones forcing everyone to inject testosterone or estrogen, story flipping back and forth between five years after contagion to the year or so before, with the main character as patient zero.
