The fact that he doesn't share information with her, even at this point, is ridiculous. It does not give me hope for their relationship if he feels like some information is too embarrassing to share. Especially, when it pertains to him falling in love with her.

So, he's emotionally incompetent. And she's gonna be OK with it because she understands that he has a hard time with relationships.

I'm not sure I would be so understanding. He's gonna be a very tough partner if he's not willing to put in the emotional work.

Don't act like she's crazy for thinking it's "just business". You're the one that came up with the contract instead of asking her out! Don't gaslight her.

Instead, you should be saying "I am so sorry. I was a coward. I don't want it to be just business".

Instead you're getting upset that she thinks that what you have together isn't meaningful. Because you are the one that made it that way.

I don't like that he doesn't address her uncertainty. He is not clear with her about his intentions so she is still feeling so shaky. It sucks and it makes him seem like a coward. She has had to clarify expectations rather than him telling her what he wants.

I don't have faith in this as a lasting romance.

"The soft affection in his voice doesn't match the way he's brutalizing me".

Ya, doesn't feel romantic to me.

It's so imbalanced. She's constantly trying to "make it interesting" for him rather than doing what she wants.

And she's going to have to make the first move!? Seriously!?

At least he's starting to wake up. Yes, he's been a selfish idiot.
