Elizabeth is 43% done

I fervently thank God that the man at my side has the sense of smell of a telephone book. For if not, he’d never in a million, billion years be able to miss the fact that I have slick running down to my knees.

I get the feeling Jesse had an absolute blast writing this book. It's surprisingly funny and OTT in the best ways

Elizabeth is 90% done

“You,” he says, pointing at me unsteadily, “have fucked me rotten, sir, and guess what…?” His laugh is more of a cackle than usual, and there’s a distinctly unsober twang to it. I’d find it amusing if not for the fact that I’ve experienced a major glitch in brain rhythms from his casual use of the word sir. “I haven’t had nearly enough.”
I know how he feels because I feel the same. “I want more too."

Elizabeth is 87% done

Uh-oh. Someone's catching feelings...
When I met him, I said he was one of the two or three best-looking people I’d ever met, but I was wrong. He’s the single best-looking man I’ve ever laid eyes on. It’s more than his looks though. It’s the way he smiles. His eyes go so glossy when it happens that it almost looks like he’s going to cry. It looks like he feels every smile deeply, like it costs him somehow.

Jensen was a bit of an overly dramatic, self centred dink in book 1 so he’s going to have to win me over. I already feel a bit sorry for whoever ends up with his annoying ass 😗
