this book is literally like sucker punch to the gut, sucker punch to the gut, sucker punch to the gut. I love reading.

you guys don’t understand the highs and lows of collegiate exy!!! and jean playing pain free. and kissing cat on the forehead. and having a WINNING DAY. anyways it’s all downhill from here

yeah I did hold off on reading that chapter for two months because kevin’s visit makes me feel like an insane person

returning to my torture chamber

don’t look at me…

the tamest banquet this series has ever seen. and wow it’s so clear we’re in 2007 because the way they talk about jeremy and his disaster night would not fly today

what’s the opposite of trauma bonding? trauma divorce? that’s what kevjean have

1. oui señor! I was cackling. and also giddy over how damn good jean is on the court

2. AARON’S TRIAL MENTIONED!!!!!!!! in cat’s words, “hope your teammate gets acquitted, xoxo”

3. goddamn you, jean, now I’m going to be thinking of you every time I see fireworks

already sickening (negative? positive? who knows). do not talk to me until I’ve finished this book.
