I haven’t seen the avoidance and anxiety cycle so explicitly presented and it is so helpful as a parent and person who feels anxious occasionally to know! I love her support statements & actual tools she’s giving parents to help their kids avoid chronic anxiety. And parental over involvement is closely linked to a number of factors that make child anxiety worse.”
