Oh how Interesting I think Buehlman had a chance to edit this at some point between the initial release and this current copy because there are some random discrepancies here and there between the narration and physical.

And across multiple genres too?
I.e. The Buried Giant (need to reread that tbh)
The Relic Master
The Book of Boy
The Patron Thief of Bread
Mother Naked
The Inquisitor’s Tale (haven’t read, need to but the vibes feel right)
The Familiar
The Decameron (show, need to read the book)
(I’m sure there are more tbh, these are just all the ones I’m reminded of.)
Perhaps it be the reminiscence of Chaucer?

Honestly I’m far more compelled by this than I expected but tbh it makes sense I like the other books I’ve read by him.
Also why do all the medieval/renaissance fiction books I’ve read have almost the exact same tone/sort of episodic nature? Like it’s kinda neat but strange at the same time.

Oh damn he completely removed an entire chapter. I mean… having listened to it… I’m not mad about it… it was a random kinda yick chapter that… oddly made sense but also didn’t? Very interesting indeed.
