Yes it was Marvel Tales #126 from 1981, also had some of the others with the Shocker.

Onto the seminal Jackal clone issue #149, which I recall, having a US reprint of ( was it Marvel Tales??). Irrespective of how comic history looked back on this story, with the latter Clone Saga, I remember reading this a dozen times over and being bowled over by it age maybe ten.
