I'm enjoying this overall (as I did the previous book) but I wish she had an editor do a second pass. There are a lot of errors in action - for example, the FMC was given "her mother’s tattered journal, the golden harp, the little cornsilk doll..." and then not even two paragraphs later she laments the loss of her mother's comb: "It was all she had left of her mother...".
