The pacing of this book is all over the place.

Take a shot everytime you read “days passed” or “weeks passed” at the start of a scene.

When I said I didn’t know where the book was going, I didn’t predict that it would be going straight into mediocrity…. I miss the banter so much.

I love smut as much as the next romantasy girlie, but not in the middle of an undercover rescue mission. And in a carriage of all things! The Colon and Penelope of it all 🙄

Also , what does “the charm felt like storm clouds and solving puzzles” even mean?! 🫠
