Secondly, obviously Egypt did not conquer all those countries forever. Israel still has seed, today, thousands of years later. I thing is, I'm honestly not sure if Moore intends us to see this as Veidt being arrogant and dumb, or if it's just bad writing.

This would not work. Stop wars from escalating, maybe, temporarily. But for better or worse, world leaders would not permanently give up all their goals, let alone gains that they've already made.

You can't claim that Veidt doesn't have superpowers and ALSO show him doing that with his bare fucking hands.

Now Bubastis can come back as some sort of quantum cat goddess.
