This is excruciating reading. A couple if not more of the guys have really difficult lives, primarily because of parental neglect and addiction. It is hard reading, no one should be treated as if they're an impediment, or abused because the parent is miserable.If you have a kid at the very least do the minimum, house them, feed them and see that they go to school. If you can't, get someone who can. HEA where are you!

Caleb has the shittiest home life. That level of pressure, the stress he's under, it's surprising that he's made it to high school. His basic needs aren't even met, no food or safe place.
