--lol These stories are reminiscent of puzzles, and I find him quite a naive character, but in a charming way. I feel like this collection really should have been titled using his name, not Quin's.

I love that--the logic of it. I think this little scene touches on a foundation of doing science, good science at least: avoid making assumptions, avoid assuming you know any answers, avoid being dogmatic; just keep observing and questioning. Sometimes the questioning's all you'll ever have; answers may never come, especially accurate ones.
