I stayed because I like the author but this book ain’t for me. Mmc is young and childish and risking his life (possibly killed someone, we don’t know stealing cars). He stays dad to a kid that isn’t his and that is his only redeeming quality. FMC is clearly experiencing a mid-life crisis after her divorce cause she has no sense in this book. Spice is always good but that’s about it.

Can’t get into this too many characters and writing style was too confusing to listen to I couldn’t process all the information being thrown at me. Too many characters and relationship dynamics to sift through.
