If I was a spiteful, vindictive person, this would easily be 1.5 stars. The oblivious friends to friendly lovers was trite. The third up break up made me groan in despair - understood the sentiment but poorly executed.
I left feeling that I can ditch this friend group and not give a toss.

How can best friends since childhood and now flatmates be SO oblivious to their growing attraction to each other when strangers, friends and family comment on it frequently?
Both MMC do not have cognitive issues therefore this is going to get irritating if they don't get on the same page soon

For Lily Morton's books, my top recommendation is definitely her most popular one, Rule Breaker. The emotional progression in that one makes a lot more sense (even though it might frustrate you😅). To be honest, though, once you've read RB, you've pretty much seen all of her tricks. If you're still in the mood for British authors writing British-set stories, I also recommend Fearne Hill. Fantastic writing and humor, a great variety of tropes, and definitely worth a shot.

Thanks for the recommendations. I will check them out 😊I'm looking for light reads in between horror and gore that I've got going on at the moment, hopefully one of these will suit now or later.
