I rolled my eyes and took a step towards the massive stained glass windows, the multicolored light dancing on my skin and body and making me a piece of art.

The trickle of golden sunlight poured through the high arching glass windows of my bed chambers, giving everything a warm, ethereal glow. The room was quiet and serene, that is, until my brother banged open a door and stepped in.
