Of course he has mental issues so that turns his jealousy and possessiveness up to a dangerous note which is rather live in make believe and pretend these aren’t red flags. Mmc is being sabotaged and meds messed up and tricked into thinking FMC is cheating but we don’t even get to see if she can magically fix him with her make believe lover powers cause bro drugs him and saves the day

This book was pretty mid. Characters were black but I wouldn’t have guessed except her obnoxious friend might of used some black like terminology when she spoke but that was it. Oh and one reference to FMC being a black principle ballerina. Mmc killed her brother and she seemed fine marrying him even falling for him even before the wedding. I like the jealousy and possessiveness in the beginning but
