I loved that characters were mature adults and while there was some hiding of feelings in the beginning it wasn’t obnoxious and they quickly confessed their feelings once felt and communicated. FMC was actually a good person and never betrayed mmcs trust even though she had plenty of opportunities. I could see why he fell for her.

Mmc was mafia but not an obnoxious ass like they so normally are. Still this lacked the heat I love from these types of stories and likely because the mmcs actually used their heads. Either way I enjoyed this.
