A few days later than intended, but I finished. Solid ending. Also strange for this to be…the 1 time there’s an alt.-POV scene (and/or Epilogue) in one of the PJO-verse books? First time at least, but I think maybe even the only? Really odd, actually.

Forgot to update through the week. Ought to have had this finished by now but that apparently didn't happen lol

Also, I'm finding it strange how much of this final third I thought I remembered being in the second book and not this one. Guess I'll be extra surprised with the sequel later this month?

Forgot to update earlier. Also didn’t read much today because of having to report some local criminal activities 😐

My favorite Riordan-isn is when teenagers win impossible fights with immortals by words, convincing them of things that they absolutely should not be able to get away with, but it’s all in good fun

Decided to push through a slightly bigger chunk today as I’ll have less time to read tomorrow. Big progress.

Slightly tonally inconsistent at times, but still enjoyable. I remember most of this decently well this far, surprisingly.

Didn’t actually think I’d start this till tomorrow or Monday but hey, already made decent progress. Got through what would basically amount to the cold open in a film. Solid start. I forgot/didn’t realize how relatively unlikeable Magnus is compared to…every other Riordan narrator - especially the first-person ones - thus far. Should finish by end of month, fingers crossed.
