I picked the audiobook up on a whim just wanting to try out a mermaid book because it's the end of the summer and got hooked IMMEDIATELY. We're dropped off in the middle of the story, and the beginning is action packed. I also can't believe how funny this is lol and the tensionnnn between the main characters is delicious!! I also like the world building with the different kinds of merrow. Loving it here so far!!
