Initial thoughts: It was hard to follow some of the intrigue elements of this book, probably because I'm too dumm for it. Why were so many of the sex scenes so damn internal monologue-y? (Although that's something I've been noticing in a lot of books.) Reminded me a lot of Kayden and Gareth in some ways. Michael >>> Liam, making it a weird mix. This is the first spicy book I feel too dumb to follow. Maybe I'll understand if better on a re-listen.

What's with this absurd case of 'the villain explaining absolutely everything'? Even worse, if he needs him to NOT remember, why is he going on and on prompting him to remember?

I'm coming to realize I find Liam DiCosimo to be a rather weak voice actor, and Gabriel Michael quite a strong one, which is kinda frustrating when you have them both in the same book, alternating chapters between a weak and strong voice actor.

You'd think in the world of this book there's no such thing as stain removal or dry cleaning, or at least that, um, emissions are completely impervious to all forms of stain removal.
