Wondering if Cal had ever mentioned to Cass, Ryan, or Theo that he had once seriously considered the possibility of dicking down Theo, and which of those hypothetical conversations would be the most awkward.

Wait, I just realized Zaba starts off giving Ryan a way deeper voice than he does by the end of the book. I wonder how much of this is just finding the character, and how much was intentional - something about Ryan letting go of a need to always present masculinity after accepting his sexuality.

Finding myself needing to remind myself that I actually enjoy Alexander Cendese in the right context. And in duet as Callum Walker is definitely the right context.

"He could haunt me all his bitch-ass wanted, and I would spend every day letting Cal fuck me while Ryker’s cunty ghost watched. Just to rub it in his fucking face."

"Naomi crossed her arms over her firm but supple chest and glared at me. I forced myself to keep my gaze trained on her face and not glance down.
"She was always wearing these cute little floral sundresses, and it was honestly fucking indecent. I don’t know why Cal didn’t make her cover the fuck up.
"If she was my sister—I stopped that thought in its tracks and shook my head again."

This is why I hate Vox/Naomi

It's amusing when Alexander Cenedese is reading a Vox chapter, and accidentally slips into his Cal voice for a line or two.

On my third listen, and it's so sad that not even Cass and Naomi ever said "I love you" to Cal... I mean, I get it, given what I know about some of my own family members, but still.

Apparently I can't have enough re-listens in progress at a time.

Ryan's actions at the end of ch. 106 are probably one of the best parts of the book.
