anyway just kill me yk but this book does in a good way, a really good way

"At graduation you got to collect your teachers' pens and your parents' pens and you got your own pen. And you could do all the writing. Yeah. Wouldn't that be sweet?" for some reason this imagery and the anticipation inside of it was really beautiful to me

This guy loves to gut punch at the end of every chapter huh

This book is so cute?? The short chapters work for it too. Punchy and emotional just the right way. Cake would like this i think maybe if i remember his taste right
