My favorite part is that hurwitz, true to his own word/writing, maintains evan’s humanity, from morality to base instincts. He makes a point to note that evan’s heart rate speeds up when he’s excited or anticipating something. He notes when other characters notice when evan is caught off guard and therefore giving something away in his facial expressions. These little details really stand out to me.
