today i read chapter 4 and 5. Chapter 4 was mostly focused on grains and the author even included a recipe for her moms Noodle pudding which honestly sounds fire. Then chapter 5 focused on different kinds of meats and the last page has "egg lingo" so short ways to ask for different meals. Apparently for boiled eggs its just called "drown the kids" and that is wild and I laughed.

I read chapter 1 called food for though which more or less talked about different dishes around the world as well as different tools used for making said dishes. It also talked about oven, stoves, and freezers. There was also a page full of different forks and spoon and have you ever seen an asparagus fork because it looks wild. I also read a bit into chapter two and learned sunflower seed are considered fruits.
