Natalie's backstory feels like watching someone slowly descend into religious psychosis.

I'm not trying to be a hater or anything, but Natalie feels more like a caricature rather than an actual person. I don't even find her unlikable, because she doesn't feel real

Natalie's descriptions of her roommate and roommate's friends conversations feels reading 2016 Tumblr sjw post. These people don't feel real, and there's no nuance in their talking points (though unnuanced people obviously exist)
