Switched to the book version and this makes a lot more sense with the format. The audiobook wasn't bad, and I did like the narrator, I just found it difficult to understand that each chapter wasn't a direct continuation of the last one (time wise).

Lizzy doesn't seem to want a boyfriend or a partner or even true love. She wants to feel wanted. It's almost as if all her life she learned that "everything she is" (aka a "fat girl") is undesirable, so in order to get others' attention (even from her friends) she acts like she thinks they want her to act. She mimics whoever she's with. Which is so heartbreaking.
I just hope her story isn't just this.
