WHAT SCHOOL IN TEXAS DOESN’T START UNTIL SEPTEMBER???? WE START IN AUGUST!! I even looked up the school calendar for Argyle in 2022 (when this book takes place) and they started AUGUST 11!!!!!

WHY DO PEOPLE KEEP OPENING WINDOWS?? IT’S JULY IN TEXAS??? I DON’T CARE THAT IT’S IN THE MORNING IT IS STILL 85+ DEGREES. Not liking this as much as the last Sarah Damoff book… also, it always trips me up that these books take place in North Texas like stop jump scaring me with places I know 😭😭
