Fully on its own terms, just reading this book - which is going *super* quick (and is addictive m) - I am surprisingly very heavily enjoying this.

Finished. I’m rather conflicted on the final third on the whole tbh, but in many ways I still liked this way more than I expected. It’ll be a hell of a doozy to review Eventually™️, however.

Very strange set of thoughts on my reading today.
Until the 2/3’s mark, still as engrossing and great as the rest; developments after I’m surprised by but need to read more to determine an opinion. Also got the “shoe drop” so to speak, with a couple that spark a little bit of what I anticipated would be conflicting about the book. Nonetheless I shall finish tomorrow.

Yeah, uh, this *immediately* starts of as fairly major whiplash - at the least it is the declaration of such - compared to the first book.
I’m dubious at best about this, but I’ll withhold further judgment till I read more.
