Cayden (our MC) is a piece of garbage and I hope he dies before this book is over. I cannot imagine reading the next book if this is how he is going to solve his problems.

And I rooted for Jorg, Mr "I killed them from youngest child to oldest woman, and when I was done I blunted three axes dismembering their corpses. I am Jorg of Ancrath--I burned ten thousand in Gelleth and didn't think it too many."

That may be the dumbest logic I have ever heard.

Vincent and Aaron are great. Pretty sure they are redeeming portions of this book.

He doesn't have to hide anything. He is choosing to because he's a selfish tosser.

Some of the decisions I've seen so far are suddenly much much stupider than I was giving them credit for.
