The biggest conflict in the book is with rashed. The cop beat him for "stealing" and he is in the hospital. I think they are going to find him not guilty and maybe the way they beat on black kids might change.

Rashad was beat by a white police man. Rahad is in the hospital and has been for days. someone had spray painted in wide loopy neon blue letters "Rashad is absent Again today" Quinn and English is wondering who did it. Carols is trying to fix things with Rashad.

I connect most with Rashad because he is being blamed for stealing when he wasn't. My mom and siblings always blame me for stuff that ii don't do. also i feel like no matter what he does his family wont be proud of him. That's how it is with me.

The book is told by 2 people Quinn and Rashad. I feel like the book would be good without them both telling it. You wouldn't be told the truth.

It is about 2 different boys, Rashad and Quinn. Rashad dad makes him join Rotc. Rashad is caught for "stealing" even though he wasn't trying to steal. Quinn is more of a party kid. On Friday night Quinn takes him brother to his friends house. Then he goes out to party. My favorite Character so far is probably Rashad because i just feel bad for him. Since he got in trouble for something he didn't do.
