The discussion of the Disney surname on pgs 99-100 is interesting. I've never met or heard of anyone else with the name Disney. They suggest that upon entering Ellis Island, like many immigrant names they were often simplified, or spelled as the sounded. This would of course make frequent variations of the same family name.

Good to know. In Minnie's kitchen, the Cheesemore refrigerator has a recipe for 'Minnie's Famous Chewy Cheesy Chip Cookies' based on a real chocolate chip cookie recipe. I looked online and others say they are yummy cookies (just don't use the semi-sharp cheddar cheese chips).
