The author obviously knows the characters and the plot really well. As much as she is sending it up - especially Bella (who, frankly, brings it all on herself), she does it in a gentle way that doesn't offend TwiHards. I'm thoroughly enjoying this. It is almost like reading Midnight Sun again, that thrill of the same characters, the same story, but very different!
