Lots of information that were already published on the South Beach Diet series (which I followed the rules for 10 years - when I was single) and some new information to adjust/combine the Keto diet (which I have never tried).
I’m just trying to find something new to motivate me to lose weight. The meal plan for the first 28 days seems very easy. I need to lose at least 45 lbs. But as you age it becomes harder.

Sue, during this pandemic I have gained 12 pounds. Although I’ve been going to the office regularly, when comes Friday I stay at home until is time to go back to work on Monday.I know I could have been smarter, but the lack of motivation is a problem. Plus, I love to have a pint or two every day, after work, especially after 12 hours non stop. I miss the pubs so badly! There is one just next to my work. lol
Next month I will be 56 years old. And next February we are planning a trip to New Zealand & Australia for two weeks, so I do need to get back to the gym.
And the irony is that just at end of last February I paid one year in advance for a gym membership, which I went 3 times, just before the shut down.


I lost 3 stone last year
Only 6 lb this far this year, this being shut in isn’t good
