Engagingly written and often insightful. Provides a very approachable discussion of racial issues that will hopefully open up a lot of people to uncomfortable discussions.

That said, as a researcher, the sourcing in this book is terrible. I would like to use her discussions as a starting point to look into things more but despite discussing research and making sweeping claims there is almost no citing done.
