crumbs of wisdom are scattered through what is otherwise a difficult read for me. It feels like the author is more of an oral storyteller- the writing is somewhat scattered, there are a lot of incomplete sentences, lots of commas and clauses, and some language that is a bit too flowery/metaphorical for my liking.
