Yes, it’s written like fan fiction, with an interesting fantasy AU premise, lots of bromance vibes, steaminess, swashbuckling and some questionable themes that warrant a trigger warning. Currently, the author is catering to every h/c trope that ever existed, and I’m torn between smiling and rolling my eyes so much it hurts.

lol! I guess it's entertaining, at least! 🤣 so the jury's still out on whether or not it's worth it - but what an interesting case!
