This book is not easy to get through because it is so repetitive to the point of redundancy. The end of every chapter pretty much says the exact same thing. We need our leaders to get along, but no actual strategy for how we can get our leaders to work together. This is no an immediate solution as they claim if they don't actually offer a solution except everyone just needs to hold hands
